Founded in Lusaka in 2019, Barefoot Frontline Agency is a group of three specialist divisions serving businesses and organisations across Zambia.
Our story
We chose the name Barefoot Frontline because it describes how we work. Barefoot means grounded: we stay close to our clients, we understand local conditions, and we don’t hide behind layers of management. Frontline means we show up where the work happens, whether that’s a server room, a recruitment drive or a delivery route.
What began as a small agency in Lusaka South has grown into three divisions. Technology keeps businesses connected and secure. People finds and looks after their staff. Fleet keeps them moving.
